Poor response from order taking employes and delay in placing orde

31st july.. i placed an order to dominos pizza and they said you that you will get delivery within 40 min. But i didn't get my delivery ans any response when called back they picking my call and put that call on hold any when finally someone picked my call than making excuse that the boy who is took your get accident and we will send ur order second tym within 20 min. saw this on www.consumercomplaints.com.auBut i didn't get my order after that 20 min. Then i called back and said that i want to talk to your manager.. the employee said that our manager is busy in other work and he don't talk to u.. then finaly i got my order after 1hr and 30 min.
