There are quite few refreshment stops for Pondy to Chennai travellers. Almost all the refreshment shops sell the products more then the MRP. While there is one Balaji refreshments just about 1 km away from Marakkanam Stop, (towards Chennai) sells a Good day Biscuit packet for rs20, while the MRP is just RS 10. Almost all the products are sold twice the MRP.
They do not give any bills and the MRP is striked with a Black Marker, so that it is not visible.
