Refund not Paid

Hi,

I have ordered Pizza at Chennai Velachery outlet on Aug/23 with my Citi bank credit card for Rs.350. They have cancelled the order and transfered to Guindy outlet. After 4 months of repeated followups, I couldn't get my money refunded to my credit card and it is highly disappointing for a regular custmer like us.
