Bribe and rude behaviour of food inspecto

Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently we wanted to transfer ration card from udupi to bangalore to book new gas connection. When approached to Food and Civil supplies department in udupi (near taluk office), surprisingly inspector was not knowing the procedure itself and it happened may parents to explain the same to him. Then he agreed to cancel the name and to give transfer letter and asked my parents to come next day. Next day he parepared the documents immediatley but refused to handover the same. As usual he asked bribe of Rs 200, and my parents just asked for this small work why you are charging so much. He spoke arrogantly and told his assistant not to hand over the document until money is paid and making comments like let them roam 10 - 15 time to get the same. He knew that parents were in hurry and they need to come ack to bangalore same day.

If this is the way the government department work, god should save common people and india.
