Charging price more than MRP

Ghanshyam Dugdhalay (Address: Pushpak Shopping Centre, Near Mayur Pankh Society, Umiyavijay, Satellite, Ahmedabad) sells pouches of Amul milk. It takes money in advance & issues coupens for the same. The MRP of Amul Gold milk is Rs. 16 for 500 ml. However, the vendor charges Rs.17 if one goes to buy the same after 9.00 a.m. Today when he demanded one rupee over & above MRP, I told the vendor to give my money back by encashing the coupens I have. But the vendor refused to do the same.

Please look into the matter at earliest & take necessary actions on the vendor.
