Wrong cake delivered

I ordered a 3Kg cake to Haldiram, sadar branch, nagpur for my engagement dated 03/07. Design and flavor of cake was chosen accordingly and receipt of same was taken. on the day of function my relatives collected the cake. They were unaware about design, so they blindly took over the cake. I and my family were shocked when we saw the cake. The cake was of birthday event with a barbie in middle of it. we really felt embarrassed then. i dont have any receipt or paper for belonging, but photographs are there. The Haldiram cheated and insulted the lovely procession been taken. i would like to request them not to repeat this mistake ever with anybody...
