Customers being charged extra amount on MRP

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Akhilesh Kumar. A, a resident of Sitaphalmandi at Secunderabad. A Heritage Foods outlet is installed in our locality, adjacent to Suresh theatre. The vendor of that outlet charges Rs.2 to Rs.3 other than the MRP on a particular product. For instance, if I purchase 5 ice-cream cups then

I am being charged Rs.10 to Rs.15 extra on the whole. On being asked the reason, the vendor arrogantly replies that he/she is collecting the extra charge as surcharges toward the cooling facility and as apercentage of commission on sales. In this case, I feel that the general public is literally being cheated in this matter.

I request you to please look into the matter, failing which, there may be a need for me to approach the Consumer court and file a complaint in person.
