Dear Sir/Madam,

I went to Hira Sweets on the occasion of new year and there was a lot of people waiting outside, and one person was writing the names in order, i also get my name noted on the waiting list. but i was surprised that he has given seats to the people who came after me. when i asked he told me that "AB WO LOG BAITH GAYE HAI". so i waited more, then again same thing happened. I asked again he had even not replied this time and try to ignored me and i had to come back without having dinner.

This kind of worst services they are offering, i would suggest not to go there. then they might change their attitude.
