Dear Sir, (Date of Traveling _12.12.10 - T.No 1018 Chalukya Express - PNR No_ 4322061640) from Belgaum To Dadar.
With Duo Respect to our Catering services for IRCTC. I would like to bring to notice that Food handling procedures are very Dirty. As following.
The aprons wearing is dirty & soiled.
The tray is uncleaned.
The same hand is touch to handle bar & same is used for serving Idli, Vada & other edables.
The medical condition for serving crew is to be verified.
Quality of Tea is very Poor.
Overall - The sanitation of Pantry car is totally unhygenic.
