Burnt smell chocolate cake

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken an chocolate cake from Iyengar Bakery which is situated in Koramagala 3rd Block, opposite to Reliance Fresh. But the chocolate put on the cake is smelling (burnt smell). They charged Rs 615/- for 1.20 kg. When i complained about it, they are saying that this is how it will be done. Do what ever you want.

Kindly request to taken action on Iyengar Bakery.
