Overcharge then retail price

Sir,

The price of the sweets kinder joy is Rs 30/ piece (thirty only) was charged on 30.12 1010 but the same was charged with Rs 40/ Forty only, ten rupees extra then the usual one on 31.12 2010. The price tag which was originally printed was omitted was written with pen.

The sweets was purchased from the basement of bigbazzar, Cosmos, sevoke road, siliguri west bengal.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter, kindly get it confirmed whether the charge was 30 rupees or is rs forty, or else I might have to move to the consumer forum.
