Security Refund

This is regarding my security deposit of 1050/- which i gave against three Kinley 20 lts. bottles. The distributor Mr. Shailesh (9891589495) of east delhi has been one was okay till you needed the water bottles, the minute I talked about the security refund, he became very rude and stopped taking my calls. I strongly recommend everybody not to deal with Kinley people. It's been now almost six months that I have been calling Shailesh (as I was given no other contact) but in vain. Hope the higher authorities do the needful.
