Charging extra money without menu

I have gone to Raghuleela Mall, Vashi with my friend and we have ordered 2 butterscotch ice creams with chocolate toppings on it. The sales person pleased us to sit without telling us the total bill amount. After both of us finished the ice creams i asked him to give me the bill for paying the amount.

They charged us Rs.420 for 2 butterscotch ice creams and plus Rs.60 for toppings i have asked them for the price menu but they refused and they said they are not having price menu for loose ice creams. I was in a hurry as i was getting late for some work so i paid them Rs. 480 and walked away.

I had ice creams at many branded ice cream parlors and according to me Rs.210 for a single butterscotch ice cream is very costly and even if they are charging that much they should have a price menu for that.
