Charging more than MRP with arrogant behaviou

Sir,

This Vendor of our area always charges for more than MRP for all the milk products including the essential Milk as well.

Further when I argue, he shows a very arrogant behaviour and dares any government agency like consumer forum to take any action.

He is just not afraid of any one. I would appreciat if you take any action against him.

He even displays the excessive rates in his rate card.
