Insects inside the packet

I purchased LION DESEEDED DATES of 200gms packet with mfg date: jan

BA no. D411 in spencer's super market, villivakkam on 20/03.

after opening the packet at home i found the dates are with full of insects, which are usually found in rice bags. I immidietly detailed the written complaint in spencer's. They offered me to exchange the packet, I rejected their request and want to take this to the notice of government. I even noticed that the product's registration is pending.
