Empty wrappe

I have bought 6 mentos orange flavour chocolates on 23rd january from a general store. One of them is only a wrapper with no chocolate inside. I want to complained against company for fraud. God knows how many of this they have produced. this should be investigated and justice must be served. I am kindly asking to take appropriate action.
