Ordered a cake online and they havent delivered and not refunded my money

By seeing the offers in ICICIBank, I ordered a cake on http://mithaimate.com/.I got the confirmation of the order. But i didnt get the deleivery, but when i called they are not responding. They are telling that its not there responsibility.
