Non delivery of cake

I ordered a cake (ref-51668) for 6th may on 04.05.12. for khadakwasla, and i got the call on 4th confirming the address too. Now on 06.05.12 i was waiting for cake and thought of confirming the delivery time as i had planned a surprise party at 1800hrs evening. I made a call to them and after making three calls to diffrent people i came to know that my order has been cancelled due to non-delivery area. I didnt receive any sms, call or email either. The follow up is very bad. I ended up ordering cake on urgent basis paying double money at the eleventh hour.

Again i thought this could be bcoz of outer area so i ordered again a cake (ref-52680) for khan market, new delhi but due to sunday the office was found closed by delivery man. And i received a call about it, he asked me someother address but he said its not in his service area, i asked him if he can deliver a day after, he said he will call back confirming with his boss. I did not get any call there after and i assumed they would be making delivery. But the other evening when i again enquired about it, i get to know 'order is executed' and i wont get refund. For the cake delivery man consumed, i had to pay. I feel cheated.please help!!!
