Mother dairy no 18833 operating in sector 50 noida 201303 isn't returning coins as change but handing out chits of paper entitling us to that amt of money... this is wrong as the do this so that the person has to come next time and buy stuff again and although they have change which one can see very easily, they frantically refuse to give the change in coins.

this is an issue of concern as this money can't be used to buy goods from other places.even the shop just next to it refuses to take it.
