Selling more than MRP

This might look a smaller one. But it is responsible of every citizen to set things right.

In Bangalore some small shops who sell dairy Milk and even some departmental stores sell Milk and Curd for INR 1 to INR 2 on MRP.Some sell for MRP.I knew these people get commission on every packet they sell from Dairy.

Should I given return complaint to some office in Bangalore. If So, please kindly mention the adress and contact person to do so.
