Nandini Milk
Price more than mrp

I am paying Rs 1 extra of MRP as cooling charge for Nandini milk n curd from last 2yrs which i never paid in any of the states of India i stayed but now after the price rise even that is not enough for shopkeepers, they are asking for Rs2 more than MRP.If i ask why, instead of answering they take out a coin n give... everyday. I wonder why everybody is paying that n why after so many complaints n discussions here nothing is happening. Is this not corruption?
