Nestle - Nan1
Contamination - baby food

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that we had bought 6 packets of Nan1 from Hypercity in Vashi, NaviMumbai and the second packet that we opened is contaminated as there is some other powder and not Nan 1. I also called the customer care number given on the pack, but no response. (0124-4121212). This is really shocking to say the least. i would like to go to the media and showcase to them how irresponsible Nestle can be with the baby food (infant food). If Nestle can be so careless with baby food, then this needs to be actioned upon. If I had served this food to my baby, god know what would have happened. Please initiate action and let me know how we can take this complaint forward. I have kept the sample with me. here are the details of the batch -
