Mixer and Grinde

I had purchased Mixer Grinder Model Name AP Serial No. 08-J 399 in the month of January from your dealer M/s. Variety General Stores, Valsad 396 001. But sorry to say that the Mixer is not working properly and it repaired 5 to 6 times from the date of purchasing. Grinder & Chutney Jar are also repaired 3 to 4 times. Again in the Machine some burning smells are coming when we start the Mixer. I think there is some technical problems are there. But the dealer is purposely wasted the time unnecessary. Now What can I do? I would like to request to pl. repair this machine permanently or replace as early as possible. Waiting for your reply.

don't know whom to approach and go further.

Can somebody help me in this regard.
