NON DELIVERY OF PARCEL

I HAVE BOOKED MY SPEED POST PARCEL FROM KATTAPPANA POST HAVING PIN 685508 (KERALA) ON DATED 24th JULY AND SAME HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN MY NEAR BY POST OFIICE CHANDKHEDA SOCIETY AREA S.O. ON DATED 28th JULY.

I receiver Mr. K.P.PUSHPKUMAR residing at A/302, Divya jivan Residency, Near Utsav Complex, New C.G.Road, Chandkheda PIn 382424 AHMEDABAD.

AS I have approached to post office post master has not responded and told me that I have to find the parcel and if you want to register the compaint than u can compalint.

As it is very important food contains in PArcel I have repeatedly requested to post master but he has not responded and same has been received by chandkheda Post office on dated 28th July.

My Parcel Booking No is: EL322497885IN. I have electronically tracked and furnished the inquiry for the same.

Please take neccesary action regarding the delivery of my parcel and requesting you take the immedaite action against this post master.
