Cap of the Cool drinks are rusted

When i went to the shop keeper and asked for the bottle of pepsi, what i found that the cap of the drink was rusted from every where.
What type of material they are using with the drinks which is very familiar with human body and anybody will get the home of disease inside his or her body after drinking that.
In addition all the drinks Slice, Pepsi, mangola etc all was rusted.
