My germ kill battery is expire last two time repetedely

I have made complain to replace my germ kill battery as it is discharge within one month time.this is also heppend repetadely two time.my complaine is that i had purchased germ kill battery in the month of may it was discharged in one monthi.e. june complain was made and it was complied. Again the replace battery dicharged in one month so i made a complain on 15th july and on 17 th i had received a message to give feedback without solving my complain so i had given my feedback and again and again and again i am making complains but unfortunately i could not get my complain solved after more than seven complains i am pressed to make this with a hope to get it solved if you are not solveing my complain please take my device back as it is of no use when your people are not cooperative in any nature oterwise i have to make the complain to consumer protection redressel. Please take this urgent.
