Delayed delivery and payment received

The incident relates to a pizza order by me of a value of around Rs 200/- on 15/7 and the order number 322 and receiveing time 8:30 pm.

the pizza was supposed to be deliverd in 30 mins with a distance of hardly 1500 mtrs, but was not

i called up after 40 mins to get the information that my pizza is on the way... again at 45 mins... final call at 9:26 and had atalk with the managed Mr. Binod who said the pizza delivery boy has not yet left... so i said u r late by 60 mins do i have to pay... no was the response... finally the pizza was delivered at 9:43 pm with the deliver boy name sohail with mobile number 9693803204... who received the full payment from me inspite of delivering at a time gap of 75 mins.

this is a ridiculous service from dominos and i would like to know about the poor service and adquate compensation
