I want to complain against the “ALPINE RESTAURANT” registered with Himachal Tourism.

Complaint Details:

We (me and my wife) were returning from Manali through HIMACHAL TOURISM AC DELUXE 2/2 BUS: HP34A-8748, dated : 14th April 2:00P.M.

I took one Buffet plate and paid Rs. 100/- for it. After I finished, my wife took some lunch from the same plate. When she started her lunch from the same plate itself,

the restaurant staff members started behaving rudely. They stared scolding both of us and demanded Rs.100 more and they were just trying to threaten us, when we refused to pay the extra amount. There was no where mentioned in the restaurant regarding this dictator – one way rule from there side, which is surely not accpeptable to visitors and they are forced to pay extra by threatening and scolding. They even do not know the way to talk. They are also charging more then M.R.P. for the soft drinks.

I want you to take immediate action. Please direct me how should I proceed?
