Leather of Sofa detoriating, borer/termite found on leather

Complaint, as above, already registered at your Vikhroli Branch on 20th August. Had several interactions with your representatives at Vikhroli over phone. Two of your personnel have already made visits on two different occassion. including clicking photographs last week.

A written request has been made (on complaint form given by you personnel) to attend to the complaint asap, since the insects (on the sofa leather) are spreading all over our house. But till date have not received any response from your officials. In case of any damage to our other house furnitures, due to the said problem, this complaint might get escalated.
