Dear sir

we purchased bean bag from on 23rd august FROM DESIGN CENTRAL, KOLAR CASTLE, SHAHPURA, CHUNAA BHATTI SQUARE, and after 5 weeks its air came out and it became not usable for sitting, when we took it to back to the same showroom they told us to submit the bag to thier showroom for checking and after 2-3 days they will give that bag with rectification, but even after frequent follow ups nothing has been done for 1 month, and after that they told they are not able to find the fault, and but it may be rectified by filling additional 4 kg beans, and cost of 1 kg bag is Rs 500/-, that means i have to pay Rs - more, and i purchased that bag in Rs 2250/-, so the total cost i have to bear now is Rs 4450/-, how its justified? and no body is ready to take any responsibility. However At the time of purchase they told us that it required only Rs 300/- beans to regain the comfort of the bean bag

so i would like to appeal your good office to take necessary legal action against this fraud deal.
