Termite infected

I have purchased 43K value furniture from House full, Pune and within three months double beds and wardrobes caught fungus and termites. I made several complaints to their Pune branch and Head Office Mumbai both telephonic and e.mails but my complaints initially fell on the deaf ears of the concerned officials and after one month the branch manager and official from Mumbai office promised to do take action but no action was taken till this date. All false promises, fake adverts of reliable & good quality and fake warranties. Under the circumstances I am forced to believe that this company it appears is indulging in unfair practice tantamount to cheating and putting the aggrieved customers into loss and inconvenience. It is shocking that this company can stoop so low to make easy money by supplying customers with sub standard goods. I spent more than Rs 1000 on transport/telecalls

and precious time wasted.

Based on my experience I advise and caution not to buy furniture from this company. I am now looking at legal and other alternatives with minimum expenditure to get justice. Can anybody advise.
