Furniture broken within one week of purchase

I am very disappointed with the big bazaar produts .there is no quality for their products .i bought a bedroomset from bigbazaar during their mahabacchat offer in 2009.the day my misfortunes started .bed roken within one week and it started to get loosen from all parts .we couldnt sit on the bed.metal bed also in the same condition .we r using it as a guest bed but cannot b slept on it .we have spend enough money on these things .if we have bought a wooden cot it could have been used for years.we only used it for 2 years and its broken all the time .please help.
