Big Bazar
Delay in Delivery of Furnitures and uncooperative attitudeof its employees

We have purchased the furniture on 27 Jan and the Manager of Big Bazar, Bhubaneswar promised to deliver the same within 15 Days and demanded 5 Days as grace period. we have agrred to that and bought most of the furnitures from there. But it has been 20 days passed there is no reply from Big Bazar, Bhubaneswar. Ther are dealying the order and not picking up the phones. Moreover they said to file a complaint or do as we like. They are not bothered. The attitude was like a Gunda that whatever you want to do you can do. We are suffering withot furniture. Big Bazar is doing large scale retail operation but it shouldn't be too aggreesive in selling that it can't keep its promise.
