Not delivered for 18days and more

Dear Sir,

It is very unfortunate to intimate that Furniture purchased on 15th Aug from Big Bazar, Sealdah, Kolkata under promise to deliver within a week has not yet materialised. Even there is no sight of delivery even now.

Self desided to go for full bedding set purchase vide Receipt No.0017992 & 0017993 Dated 15 Aug (two sets of double bed, side table, ward robe & one Diwan set) costing Appx. 49000/-. Even self made other house hold marketing from your branch of equal amount within this 15 days.

Inspite of all that self has to manage without bedding as i am new to area on posting and planned to purchase all new instead of transporting. I suppose you can realise my pethatic condition and do the best possible to supply items within 48 hrs from now.
