Horrible service

We had a horrifying experience with the cauvery furniture, bangalore, banaswadi showroom. we got to know that it would be the same with all the branches of this shop.

It took us months for a cot we ordered to be delivered. The major culprits being Fazal and Gilani of that shop. We made definitely 100 calls to these guys but in vain. Atlast we got the owner Ameen's number and even that fellow took a long time to deliver the cot. We paid the advance and were made to wait indefinitely.

1. Poorest customer service.

2. No respect to the customer.

3. They disconnect the calls of the customers.

4. They respect and deliver on time only if we are a big shot.

5. They lie indiscriminately (especially Fazal and Gilani)
