Goods undelivered

I have the same problem with the same courier company.

I had sent 3 boxes and an outdoor swing back in November 09. I was promised that it would take 25 days for them to deliver those boxes to the destination but it took more than 4 months for the delivery. I had to keep calling them over and over again continuously for 4 months. Such a waste of time and energy.

One fine day the stuff was delivered but the parts of the swing were missing. It was my son's favorite swing and when I called chennai to find out why it was not delivered, the guy at Chennai kept on asking for more time and now does not even pickup the phone. Same case with the guy in Singapore, whose name is Ansari. Looks like the company is taking advantage of people. Too Bad. Don't know what more to do.
