We purchased a dining table with 6 chairs from Ebony Gautier. We paid the entire money for the purchase prior to delivery. We were told that the cost is high due to superior design of the product etc. We saw the quality of product in the show room and were suitably impressed. However when the product (dining table) was installed at our premises, it seems to be shaky and unstable. Also the manner in which it was installed took away all the promise of the French design etc. It was hammered and drilled through and through with no regard to the installation document provided by the parent company

When we questioned the way the dining table was assembed, we were told thats how it is!

We spoke to the store incharge in Bangalore and he did not have any immediate solution to how the problem could be solved. He wanted us to wait for one week. Since we had lost confidence on the product and quality of service. we asked them to take it back with the promise of refund. We have been following up with the company folks and there is no news of the refund
