No Initial Service as well as faulty piece

Hi,

We bought a new Sofa Cum Bed from Excellent Furniture Shop 329/2627, Link Road, Opp Bangur Nagar Police Chowki, Goregoan W, Mum-90. After the advance payment of rs 7000 the sofa was deilvered to us however after the full payement at dilevery we discovered that the right as well as the left arm of the sofa was moving we informed the shop and he sent us the labour to fix the issue however he did not fix the issue to satisfaction. Also they still have not sent us the polish guy for final touchup even after calling them several time. We asked them for a replacement of the product as we were not satisfied with it as when we had first saw this model this issue was not there.
