Poor After Sales for a faulty Sofa

I purchased a Sofa from Fair Deal Gowrivakkam by August. At that time they committed a lot of things. Few weeks later i started facing back pains and did not check on what the issue is. When everyone in my house reported the same back pain issue i started looking into the cause. The sofa cushion where we seat has become more flexible that it was at the time of purchase. I went to the shop and had a look at the same model kept there and it was different. Mine was a design fault in the sofa. He did not accept it and spoke very rude. Finally i had to pay 1000 bugs to repair it. Even after the repair it was not fine and whenever we call the shop they started ignoring and never respond. Even in person they never respond properly instead they convince saying they would some some person to look into. But the day has not yet come and it has caused me a lot of frustration and disappointment. I would recommend not to purchase from that Shop.
