Item not delivered

Hello,

I had booked a piece of furniture on 25/02 by paying Rs 14999.00 (Advance Receipt No: 2117000029) at their Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore store. The delivery date mentioned in the receipt is 12/03. Since that day we've been talking to the store people over phone each and every day but neither they've delivered the item nor they've given a date when they can do so.

My complaints are the following:

- Failed to deliver as promised

- Not giving a date when they can deliver

- Never informed about any delay they're anticipating (it's always us who had to call them)

- Refused (over phone) to give me a full refund
