Misrepresentation

I have purchased a bedroom set furniture from noida sec-7 shop. the salesman told me that it was made in malesiya. i asked for the purchase slip, he told me that the owener of the showroom was out of the station, and on arrival of him the sell letter will be given. he gave me his visiting card mentioning the amount paid.

Lateron i came to know that the furniture is made in china and it is not made of wood. when i visited the shop many times, they assured me to take it back. after three weeks they refused to return the firniture and to give the sell letter. they misbehaved and thretend me.

kindly suggest me the legal recourse.
