Compailt regarding non providing of bill and poor quality delivery and late delivery of furniture

Dear sir,

i am Ramesh chandra pandey from vartak nagar Thane .i placed an order of furniture including double bed, wardrobe and kitchen set as well as book shelf etc on on 5th aug to furniture zone 27 acre, kotharo warehouse, near tikujiniwadi, opp.happy vally complex, s.v.road, chitalsar manpada, thane (w) 400607.They promised to deliver the furniture within 15 days But they did not deliver it on time, they have not given me the bill also even after accepting payment by credit card and cashof an amount of Rs 1.58 lakh .the quality of furniture is also very poor .they delivered the products on 23th oct. 2010 and that too after i made several trips to them .they do not answer my phone call when i complain to them to repair the furniture and provide me with the bill. They have harassed me of my mental peace .please solve my problem
