Defective relax chai

I,

Miss Sapna Katkar, had brought an Easy chair from the company called Gardenia, in the Interiors and Furniture exhibition held in Bandra-Kurla comptlex at MMRDA Grounds on 30--5.

Within 15 days the said product developed a defect, where it was literally unusable, the chair had a warranty of 6 to 12 months.

Having said that, since the past 7 months we are repeated complaining about reparing or replacing the said chair but from the company side they are just assurig us that they would do the needful as soon as possible. Even talking to the proprietor one Mr. Ashok Mishra wasn`t fruitful, he also gave us just assurances.

I was pregnant during the time of purchase, for this reason we had purchased it but the purpose of buying this chair was defeated due to the defect.

I would request the consumer forum took look into my case seriously and as early as possible because the said company has deceived me as a consumer by not keeping the word of their contract of warranty. And having purchased the product from a trusted Exhibition fair, which hosts such kind of exhibition every year.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.
