Modular kitchen wood work not completed with quality

I have given kitchen renovation work to above company. He has not completed the work and whatever work has been done is having lot of problems. Wood which has been used by him is of very lower quality. Workmanship is very bad as kitchen is the place where we have to use moular so many times in a day. We have purchased high grade material except wood. Wood has been puchased by Mr. Kishor Mistry (Owner of Gayatri Krupa Interior Decorator). We have invested Rs. 1.5 Lac and out put is very bad.

1. All drawrers gapping are not equal.

2. Modular gapping unequal, modular movement is not smooth.

3. Doors of maliya unequal.

4. Handle fittings are not good.

5. Magnet fittings are not good.

6. Laminate broken from each and every corner.

7. Fitting of hinges are very poor.etc.

According to me it is not repairable as wood quality is very poor.

I need my money back and full one month i have lost my mental peace.

Kindly suggest how to go ahead.
