Sofa getting torn

Hi,

We had purchased a 3 seater sofa from godrej around 16 months back. (Am not mentioning the long history of problem faced fpr getting it). However now that has got torn from seating area (courtsey innovative thoughful design of having stiches in seating area). I had registered complaint for the same with Godrej helpdesk on 26 october. Fortunately some one vistied on designated time and after all discussing said he would again visiy next day with all details and estimates. Since then no one has turned up. I again logged a followup complaint around 10 days back and was assured that some one will visit in 2 days, but one has come till now. Pathetic is that they do not have any escalation mechanism for complaining to the higher ups... cool

Seems godrej has also got into businiess of selling cheap chinese products putting their mark on them compromisinig all values and quality
