Chair not repaired

I bought a chair from Godrej which never worked upto my expectations. When i found that the hydraulic mechanism of the chair is not working, i requested for a repair. After 1 and a half month the part was replaced and i found that the chairs height is not adjusted properly.

If i sit on the chair in the minimum height configuration, i am still not able to touch my feet on the floor. I am not a short guy (5'8") and hence this should not be the case.

I hope somebody brings it to the notice of a bad company which is known by the name Godrej.
