Delivery schedule not maintained and bad service

I had booked a dining table set and double bed cot from M/s. Houseful International on 6th June. The promised delivery date was 14th June and assemby date was 15th June. On 14th June, only dining table set was delivered and they are saying that double bed will be delivered on 23rd or 26th June (they are not sure). Dining Table set is still in unassembled condition since the carpenter came and went back saying that he'll bring screws. Has not turned up till now. they are giving unnecesary excuses. Want to know where to register a formal complaint. I am asking refund of the booking amount and asking them to take back the dining set. If they delay the refund of money, kindly let me know the course of action i can take against this store.
