Service horrible

After my earlier complatint... they told me they will come and check nad then replace the broken part...

but even till day nothing happend...

Amay, Viresh... from Mulund brach... have lied to me number of times...

earlier... Viresh told me total set will be replaced.. then... broken part will be replaced...

Amay told me his guy will come to my place for replacement... but nothing... the whole orgation seems like trained to lie...
