Revolving Chai

I purchased a revolving chair from the aforesaid concern 1 year before once I bought the chair after 15 days the chair tilt more and more and not come back to normal position. I made a complaint in this regards to the afore said entrepreneur they said you immediately set up a vehicle and we will make it ready in the same day but still now they didn’t return neither the revolving chair not the amount I paid to them. I went to their shop more than 100 times but they simply said tomorrow we will return the chair this was the readymade answer for my questions always.
