Worst service after payment

The store person were so good till i paid the money (80k) and the delivery of the products was late as promised and they had said that the fitter will come home and do the fitting work after 48 hrs of delivery but they never tried to reach me after that its been 4 days now, no one have come when i call up every time the concern person will not be there.
